Congratulations, you are eligible for next interview session. Don’t feel too comfort when you reach this stages. Yes you're almost there, but still you have to compete with other applicants to get hired. Make a proper preparations for your second job interviews, if possible more better than previous preparations. In this stages, you have to examine yourself, find out what makes you different, special or unique from others then will make your interviewer to consider you as the suitable applicants to fill up the position offered. Commonly when you reach 2nd stages interview, your interviewer will focus more on your interest and personal skill, this will be crucial part to show whether you are the best applicants to hired or not. Don’t be surprised if on 2nd interview you see new interviewer, your future company purposely do it, in this situation they want to see how well you can handle the pressure. Don’t get panic, just remember what you did on last job interviews, since the are new interviewer you may introduce yourself again as you are 1st time met him/her.

Always remember in your mind, to set limit on the answer when the interviewer ask you about your private life or sharing view. When you do homework for the job interviews, forecast the most tough questions based on your work experiences. When you answer certain question, prepared the example to support your answer which is example can be specific project, or any task you have successfully handle it. Don’t be afraid to ask your interviewer to prepared your needs if they request for interviewer presentation.

In previous job interviews you may had few questions to ask but can’t or you may have question cross to your mind on the way back to home that day. Don’t sign up for the job because you feel desperate to have it, at this stage is the best time for you to rethink or consider “are you really want to work with them or not?”. Don't be shocked until you screaming when the interviewer say “you are hired” or "you are success in this job interviews". It's not impossible if they offered you the job on that time. Even you’re desperate want that job, don’t rush to say “yes”. Express your thankfulness, and inform them you need time to think about it. You may give them dateline which is 1 or 2 days to consider and promise will get back to them as soon as possible. Nothing wrong if you rejected the offer if you feel the position not right for you after you're consider few fact such as work atmosphere not good for you, the basic salary or benefit offered for you to low, whether you can commit with their contract or not and other reason.
