Don’t be afraid to show your assessors you have done it.
If you still afraid or nervous, just take a time and get back to your old memories, how do you pass your driving license test. I’m pretty sure to get passed driving license test you have done a great action or proper movement. Example the rules number 1 before you make any movement / drive you should look into the mirror, the issue here how you do it? you not only use your eye to look but you use together with your head as a signal you're pay attention and looking into mirror.It same situation happened in appraisal session. Avoid be freeze, in other words just seated on the chair just listening what other people said. If you are listening show them, respond to them via your body language.
Avoid yourself feel anxious and always be yourself
Be cautious ,keep in mind your attitude and control your impression, when you are in state there are people are spot you in order to evaluate yourself. But don’t take it to hard until you are defensive, too cautious, if you do this your job interview interviewer or examiner might feels disappointed because they feel that they seeing a fake personalities. Giving yourself time and relax is the best option to let your character shine naturally , and them will found out what makes you are unique than others.
Practice and practice
Practice will increase your confident level. I’m sure you have a lot friend around you, get one of your trusted friend and ask them to run exercises with you, inform them you need their help to prepare for your job interview assessment. With this task you can be more relaxed and when they day you wait has come, you will find yourself difference before you do an exercises.
Find out and be alert on your job interview appraisal / assessment criteria
Still no idea what kind of common criteria the assessors will rate you, here the key point you may take note, a predefined list of qualities, competencies or attributes. Small amount of research is required if related to public sector. A bit different with private sector, normally they will inform you what quality they will measured. Example at the job advertisement there are job description, whether you aware or not they had list some indications of criteria which is will use to measure yourself.
Focus on your time.
Did you know what main reason most of candidates failed in job interview assessment center's? The answer is they unable to fully utilize time given or run out of time or can’t fully focus on time frame. Since time given is limited, it's important for you to use time wisely, example on reading session you must read then process information quickly (here you can save your time a bit)before you run out of time. But don't be sad if you still failed, there are chances for you to repeat it, go back and study and you may seated again for assessment once you ready.
