Most of candidates love to having arm crossed in front of their body, they reason why they always do that to make their self feel relaxed and more comfortable. A few rules to follow when you make eye contact with interview, keep it as natural, make it friendly and make some break eye contact and reconnect it back. Giving you some example, when you start speaking or answer the question you should give eye contact to your job interview, and it’s normal if you take a break for a while or look away a fews second and reconnect back your eye contact when your start voice out again. Too much nodding will make your interviewer feel annoyed with yourself. Too much nodding also giving you a bad impression because its show that you are actually not understand what your interviewer said, not really pay attention on listening and show you don't have you own thought. Right things at the right time is the rules, to show you're listening, nodding at the right time prove that you are genuinely interested in job interview or in agreement with your interviewer.

5.Do not over fidgeting or over make small movements, especially of the feet and hand.
Candidates always make small movements / fidgeting whenever they feel nervous. Fidgeting includes checking your phone or keep looking at your watch, adjusting your attire and other small movement which is can interrupt interviewer attention.
